Welcome to the Relaxation Zone!  It is our pleasure to serve you!  To ensure you and all those around you reap the full benefits of Chrysalis, Our Team works to maintain a calm and peaceful environment for all our guests.  It is our goal to respect the privacy and tranquility of everyone who steps through our doors.  We therefore ask that you turn off your cell phone or pager when entering our environment.  Sit back, savor a herbal tea and enjoy a magazine before we whisk you off to your service!

Do I need a reservation?

It is recommended that you reserve an appointment with us in advance to accommodate the time that works best for you. Walk-in appointments will be honored if possible, but availability will depend on pre-scheduled appointments. All group reservations are required to be secured by a credit card at the time of booking as well as individual bookings over 3 hours.

What happens if I am running late?

Thank you for setting aside time to spend with us!  Your time is valuable and we are pleased that you have chosen us as your service providers.  The Chrysalis Team has also set aside a specific time to perform your service.   Arriving late is a breach of spa etiquette and will unfortunately shorten your spa treatment.  Remember, your service must end on time to prevent further delays and inconveniences to our other guests.  We appreciate your understanding.

What if I have to cancel?

Thank you for reserving time to spend with us here at Chrysalis Spa & Skin Care Centre. We thank you for giving 24 hours notice if you must re-schedule or cancel your appointment. We regret that we must charge 50% of the service price for appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance. All group bookings require 48-72 hours notice depending on the size of the group to avoid a cancellation fee. Complimentary courtesy call will be made if ap¬plicable to confirm your appointment date and time.
